There is always a friendly face to provide reassurance and support.

Our General Manager, Care Managers and our dedicated care team ensure a homely atmosphere and are always on hand to assist.

Ongoing training is viewed as a vital part of providing and maintaining high standards of care. All staff receive induction training and there are regular courses in First Aid, Food Hygiene, Fire Safety, Health and Safety, Safeguarding, Dementia Care as well as specialist ongoing professional development.

Staff are supported to attain the professional Diploma qualifications in care with most having achieved at least level 2.
