Downs House was established in 1976 and prides itself on providing high quality care to the people of Petersfield and the surrounding area. 

Downs House sits in the beautiful Hampshire countryside, just a short stroll from the centre of Petersfield town. We provide care and a warm home for up to 49 residents.

We have 46 bright, beautifully furnished bedrooms where residents can relax and make the space their own. Every room comes with its own en-suite toilet, and many have full en-suite bathrooms. With two main lifts connecting all three floors, getting around is simple for everyone.

Our living spaces are bright and welcoming. Residents love spending time in our spacious lounge or taking in the view from the sun lounge, which steps straight out into our lovely, peaceful gardens.

Mealtimes are relaxed and social. Everyone can dine together in small groups in our dining room and garden room, enjoy a movie in the TV lounge, or get pampered in our on-site hairdressing salon.
